Model Size and Appearance

Size: 2 meters in length, width and height scaled according to the original car's proportions, ensuring that the model is suitable for home or showroom display while maintaining a sense of realism.

Color: Adopting high-grade automotive grade blue baking paint, after multi-layer spraying and fine polishing, it presents a deep and glossy texture, perfectly replicating the classic color of the original car.

Modeling: First, we use a high-precision 3D scanner to scan the original car in all directions and obtain accurate 3D data. Subsequently, these data are used to construct an accurate model in CAD software to ensure that every detail is consistent with the original car.

Mold development and production: Based on the CAD model, we developed a set of high-precision molds. The mold is made of high-quality alloy materials and is precision machined to ensure the stability and accuracy of the model during the casting process.

Material selection and processing:

Body: High-strength ABS plastic and metal alloy composite materials are used, combined with vacuum suction molding and injection molding technology, which not only ensures the model's durability, but also realizes the lightweight design.

Detailed parts: such as lights, air intake grille, etc., using high-precision metal die-casting and electroplating technology, presenting a delicate luster and texture.

Interior: The interior parts are made of environmentally friendly leather and fabric materials, finely stitched, perfectly restoring the luxury atmosphere of the original car.

Hand polishing and assembly: After the initial molding of the model, our craftsmen will carry out several rounds of hand polishing and detail adjustment to ensure that every seam and every line is flawless. Subsequently, fine assembly and debugging are carried out to ensure the overall coordination and functionality of the model.

Paint and Surface Treatment: Finally, the model undergoes multiple layers of automotive-grade paint treatment, each of which is finely sanded and inspected to ensure the final appearance of a deep, glossy blue color. At the same time, we also apply anti-UV treatment to the model to protect it from fading caused by direct sunlight.
