This project is a customized sand table model for high-end commercial and residential integration, focusing on the scene restoration of residential buildings and supporting commercial spaces, accurately matching customers' presentation needs for spatial texture and living atmosphere, and ultimately achieving a 90% realistic restoration degree, becoming the core carrier for customers to showcase project planning to the outside world.

In material selection, we adhere to the core principle of adapting texture to real-life situations. The main body of the building is made of imported high-density panels and acrylic composite materials. The exterior of high-rise residential buildings is made of matte ABS panels, which balance structural stability and visual delicacy; The roof of the commercial standalone building is made of customized simulated tile materials, which are cut and bonded in layers to restore the texture and hierarchy of the sloping roof. The landscape area is based on high-density simulated turf, paired with micro simulated shrubs and trees of different heights, creating a staggered green landscape through the differentiation of material softness and color depth. The road system uses wear-resistant PVC sheets, which are finely cut and molded to perfectly replicate the direction and width ratio of municipal roads.

In the production process, the team follows the standard of refined handmade craftsmanship throughout the entire process. The construction part first uses laser precision cutting to cut the panels, and then is manually spliced and polished by experienced craftsmen to ensure smooth wall corners and accurate size of door and window openings. For details such as balconies and bay windows in high-rise residential buildings, a layered construction process is adopted to restore the line and three-dimensional sense of the building facade one by one. In landscape construction, manual planting techniques are used to fix micro green plants one by one according to the density of the real scene planning, and to combine them with handmade simulated leisure chairs and fitness facilities to enrich the living scene of the park. Road markings and traffic signs are hand drawn with delicate strokes and precise positioning, enhancing the realism of the scene.

Post production coloring and effect processing are key steps in improving the degree of restoration. We use environmentally friendly automotive grade spray painting technology to color the exterior of the building in multiple layers. High rise residential buildings use light gray and beige gradient colors, while commercial standalone buildings are paired with dark coffee colored roofs and beige walls, resulting in uniform color and strong weather resistance. The landscape part uses manual blending techniques to create color transitions at the edges of the grass and roots of green plants, simulating the natural sense of layering.

The debugging of the lighting system injects a lively atmosphere into the model. Micro warm LED lights are embedded inside the building to restore the indoor lighting effect; Arrange point shaped cold light lamps on the roads and landscape nodes in the park to simulate nighttime lighting; The commercial area is equipped with soft ambient lighting to highlight commercial vitality. In the end, through the perfect integration of materials, craftsmanship, and post-processing, the model accurately replicated the essence of the project and gained high recognition from the customer.
