Model making of energy storage container
This project is a proportional display model of industrial and commercial energy storage containers, focusing on the restoration of the internal structure and industrial aesthetics of the energy storage system, accurately replicating the layout logic and detail texture of real containers, and ultimately achieving a 90% realistic restoration degree, becoming an intuitive carrier for enterprises to showcase energy storage technology to customers.
In material selection, we adhere to the core principle of "industrial texture+structural stability". The container shell is made of high-strength ABS sheet, which balances deformation resistance and fine processing ability, and can perfectly restore the tough contour of the metal box body; The internal battery module is made of matte black hard plastic, simulating the heavy texture of a real battery; The circuit and connection terminals use flexible silicone wires and colored ABS plugs to restore the complex layout of the circuit system. The transparent protective panel is made of high transparency acrylic material, which ensures the visibility of the internal structure and simulates the transparency of industrial protective barriers; The base and frame are matched with aluminum alloy profiles to enhance the overall load-bearing capacity and refinement of the model.
In the production process, the team follows a step-by-step process of "framework construction module assembly detail refinement". Firstly, cut the ABS sheet according to the design drawings, and use hot bending and riveting processes to build the main frame of the container. Accurately restore the aspect ratio and corner curvature of the box body, ensuring that the structure is square and stable. Subsequently, the internal module layout is carried out, and the battery modules are positioned one by one according to the actual layout. The circuit lines are manually welded (bonded), and the direction and terminal color of the positive and negative pole connections are strictly replicated. At the same time, functional components such as red emergency stop buttons and brand logos are installed to restore the operating logic of industrial equipment. The transparent protective panel is formed by laser cutting, and the edges are polished smooth before being embedded into the frame to ensure a tight fit with the box.
Post production coloring and effect processing are key to improving the degree of restoration. We use industrial grade spray painting technology, first spraying white primer on the container shell, and then outlining the bottom decorative strip with blue paint after it dries completely. The color is uniform and the adhesion is strong, simulating the delicate texture of metal baking paint. The surface of the battery module is sprayed with matte black paint to avoid reflective interference and highlight the hierarchical sense of the internal structure; The circuit section is divided by function and manually depicted with red, blue, and yellow paint to clearly present the circuit logic. The brand logo adopts UV transfer printing technology, with bright and wear-resistant colors, accurately restoring the visual image of the enterprise.
In the stage of detail optimization, the team comprehensively polished the model: repaired the panel splicing gaps, adjusted the terminal positions to match the real equipment, simulated micro structures such as screws and buckles to make the model more realistic. The final product not only presents the complete industrial layout of energy storage containers, but also conveys a professional and reliable technical image through fine processing of materials and processes, which has been highly recognized by customers.
