What are the characteristics of industrial models?
Industrial models usually appear in the pre-sale areas of major real estate projects, presenting a 360 degree top-down view of the community to help you better understand its structure. So, what are its characteristics? Let's take a look.
1. Perspective mode.
Ordinary viewers will see a perspective when viewing industrial models, while the viewing scene is a flat perspective or a search angle. So the model looks looser and looser than the existing houses.
2. Beautify details.
Usually, in the production process, some special materials, as well as landscape design such as lighting, and the effect of model modeling are generally very attractive.
3. Density illusion.
From the perspective of industrial models, some buildings are loosely transparent between two buildings, which are green and fresh, but when they are actually covered, they will find that the distance between the two buildings is very close. So when you look at functional industrial models, look at the key locations and data. For example, the transportation mode of the community, the location of the garage, and other supporting positions, as well as the layout between buildings.
4. Design changes.
The planning department requests adjustments to the project in certain aspects during the submission process. So, the approved design drawings are significantly different from the original drawings. In this way, the industrial model is different from the actual project. The disc-shaped model is a technique used in architectural design to represent the appearance and spatial relationships of buildings or groups of buildings. For modern architecture that is technologically advanced, functionally complex, and aesthetically diverse, utilizing models for design innovation is particularly important.
