The Complete Process of Model Aircraft Manufacturing
I. Digital Modeling Stage

Based on reference drawings provided by the customer, the aircraft model is reconstructed using a combination of 3D scanning and manual modeling.
The entire model is disassembled into modular components such as the fuselage, wings, and engine, with key areas designed with interlocking structures.
Transparent components such as the cockpit are modeled separately, with optical-grade polishing allowance reserved.
II. Intelligent Printing Stage
The main structure uses high-strength engineering plastics to ensure that thin-walled components do not deform.
Transparent parts are printed layer by layer using specialized photopolymer resin.
Detailed components such as engine blades are independently formed using flexible materials.
3. Precision Machining and Painting
Surface Treatment:
Mechanical deburring combined with manual refinement.
Multi-layer putty to fill layer patterns.
Water-polished to a mirror-like finish.
Professional Painting:
Aviation-grade primer as a base coat.
Masking spray application for precise color separation
Weathering treatment to enhance realism
Quality Control:
Durability testing of moving parts
Laser calibration for assembly precision
Microscopic defect detection
