Material selection

The main frame is made of lightweight and sturdy ABS plastic board, which is easy to cut and process and can be well shaped into various shapes. The conveyor belt is made of rubber material to simulate the real texture and elasticity. The body of the device is made of hard plastic plates, which are finely cut and polished to make the surface smooth and even. In order to increase the realism of the model, some details such as buttons, indicator lights, etc. are made of metal textured plastic parts or alloy materials.

Detail production

For various details on the device, such as the operation panel, pipeline connections, etc., use fine carving tools to carve and shape on the plastic board. The pipeline section is simulated using thin wire or plastic hose, and arranged according to the actual position and direction. In addition, in order to reflect the dynamic effect of the production line, micro electric rollers are installed on the conveyor belt to simulate the real material transfer process.

Post processing coloring

Before coloring, polish and clean the surface of the model to ensure even adhesion of the paint surface. Use a spray gun and professional model paint to color according to the actual color scheme of the production line. For the main color of the device, a multi-layer thin spray method is used to make the color more full and uniform. For some details such as device identification, warning signs, etc., use a fine brush to hand draw to ensure clarity and accuracy. After coloring, spray a layer of clear varnish to increase the glossiness and wear resistance of the color.

Finally, assemble the various parts that have been made, install the lighting system, and simulate the lighting effect during the operation of the production line. After repeated adjustments and improvements, an industrial production line model with a restoration degree of about 90% has been completed.
