New Energy Vehicle Chassis Model Production Case
I. Main Structure Production
Frame System

The battery tray frame is printed using glass fiber reinforced photosensitive resin. The multi-angle support design ensures load-bearing capacity, and metal inserts are embedded on the surface to simulate actual installation holes.
The suspension arms are printed using a composite material of flexible resin and nylon. Stainless steel bearings are built into the joints to achieve a movable structure.
The bumper beam features a hollow-filled structure with polyurethane foam injected internally to enhance impact resistance.
Functional Components
Motor Assembly: The transparent resin-printed housing displays the internal magnetic steel arrangement, with the rotor section manually coated with metal foil to simulate silicon steel laminations.
Battery Module: The modular design allows for individual disassembly, with UV-printed cell numbers and safety warning labels.
Cooling Piping: Flexible TPU material printed to replicate actual piping routes, with magnetic quick-release connectors at joints
II. Surface Treatment Process
Base Treatment
Industrial-grade water grinding to eliminate surface patterns, with microscopic inspection for critical areas
Epoxy primer to fill microscopic pores, followed by electrostatic dust removal and application of conductive primer to enhance metal adhesion
Professional Coating
Chassis armor layer: rubber particles mixed with matte clear coat sprayed to simulate the texture of a stone-impact resistant coating
Metal components:
Brake calipers use a gradient electroplating process, with edges retaining 3D-printed original layer patterns to simulate machining traces
Bolt heads laser-engraved with anti-slip teeth, oxidized and blackened
Pipe markings: screen printing technology to reproduce original factory color codes and flow direction arrows
Aging effects
Dry brushing technique highlights weld seams and casting textures
Brake dust created using a mixture of iron oxide powder and graphite powder
Coolant stains rendered using layered enamel painting technique
3. Dynamic Display System
Removable Modules: Quick-release battery pack design, suspension arms simulate real travel
Interactive Lighting:
Fiber optic lighting displays high-voltage circuit energy flow
