1、 Material: Industrial grade raw materials support texture

The main body is made of high density EPS foam board with strong compression resistance, which is positioned with light wood keel to ensure that the deformation of large size structures (such as wing span exceeding 1.5m) is controllable; The fuselage skin is made of aviation grade heat shrink film, which is bonded by a heat shrink machine to restore the metallic flow of the real machine; Small components (cabin door, engine nacelle) are made of ABS+PC alloy plate die-cutting, and batch production ensures consistency; The key stress points are embedded with stainless steel reinforcement bars, balancing load-bearing capacity and long-term display stability.

2、 Process: Industrialization process to achieve complex structures

Digital modeling and modeling: Building digital models based on real machine data, optimizing surface transitions and detail connections; Repeated components (portholes, heat dissipation holes) are mass-produced through precision molds, increasing efficiency by 5 times and achieving 99% consistency.

Curved surface forming: the foam rough embryo is cut by CNC (with reserved trimming allowance), the heat shrinkable film is locally heated and then vacuum bonded, fine sandpaper gradient grinding is used to eliminate wrinkles, and the curved surface error is controlled within a very small range (1/10 of the real machine tolerance).

Details and final assembly: The cabin door is glued with UV glue to simulate a metal patch and sealing strip, and shallow grooves are laser engraved on the edges; Pneumatic lettering after injection molding of engine nacelle, thin plastic laminated bonding of fan blades; All components are accurately aligned through positioning fixtures, and the structural adhesive is quickly cured to ensure long-term stability.

3、 Post production: From semi-finished products to 'aviation art'

Primer and Covering: Automotive grade water-based primer is used as the base coat, and the covering liquid finely covers dark areas (such as vertical tails) with no burrs on the edges.

Layered coloring: white main color HVLP spray pen multi-layer thin spray simulates diffuse reflection; Metal gray, dark brown and other details naturally transition to the "wet touch wet" process; The reflective area is coated with silver powder varnish using a spray nozzle to restore the mirror effect.

Aging and Protection: Use a dry brush to lightly sweep the edges to simulate wear, and use an air gun to blow away talcum powder to reduce engine dust accumulation; Finally, spray high hardness automotive varnish to protect the color layer and enhance gloss (close to real machine skin).
