1、 Material selection and basic technology

2、 Production process flow
Phase 1: Basic Forming
First, make the body frame structure and accurately combine the metal components with the wooden bottom plate. Each connection has been carefully adjusted to ensure the stability and proportional coordination of the overall structure.
Phase 2: Surface Treatment
Primer treatment: Spray multiple layers of primer to lay the foundation for subsequent coloring
Aging effect:
Using special techniques to simulate the effect of coal smoke dyeing
Expressing natural rust and wear through manual spot painting
Identification drawing: Refer to historical materials and manually draw carriage numbers and decorative patterns
3、 Restoration degree control
Proportional verification: After each component is completed, it is compared and checked with historical data

Accurately replicate various decorative elements on the vehicle body
