2. Scheme Production & Process Implementation
We scale down the model strictly according to the general arrangement drawings of the real vessel. High-precision molding technology is adopted to restore the special ice-breaking hull shape. We delicately manufacture the helicopter deck, deck crane, lifeboats, radar and communication antenna, chimney and upper accommodation superstructure. Fine details such as railings, ladders, pipelines and deck marking lines are reproduced one by one. The hull is painted in standard icebreaker colors.
