In marine science exhibition halls, ecological environment showrooms, ocean research centers, ship engineering training rooms and marine monitoring project briefings, the marine environmental research vessel scale model serves as a core visual carrier to demonstrate offshore sampling, marine ecological monitoring and water quality survey capabilities. We customize this research vessel display model for marine environmental clients. With over 90% restoration accuracy and delicate miniature craftsmanship, the model fully replicates the teal-and-white hull, hydraulic deck crane, marine sampling equipment, storage tanks, solar panel platform with drone, navigation radar system, auxiliary work boat, monitoring buoy and simulated seawater scene with seaweed. It helps clients create an immersive offshore environmental monitoring scene for equipment exhibitions, project briefings and visitor receptions.
The client targets marine environmental research display and maritime teaching scenarios. The model is required to accurately restore the overall hull shape and deck layout of the environmental research vessel, and present the matching layout of sampling equipment, deck crane, solar drone station, laboratory containers, navigation communication equipment and offshore water environment. It is suitable for long-term showroom display, project bidding presentations and marine professional teaching, clearly showing the operation mode of offshore sampling and marine ecological survey.
We scale down the model strictly according to the general arrangement drawings of the real vessel. High-precision molding technology is adopted to restore the streamlined research hull shape. We delicately manufacture the folding hydraulic crane, deep-sea sampling chambers, storage tanks, pipeline assemblies, solar bracket with drone, wheelhouse, radar and communication antenna, railings and deck marking lines. Fine details such as auxiliary boat, monitoring buoy and aquatic vegetation are reproduced one by one. The hull is painted in standard research vessel colors. The supporting scene base is equipped with simulated seawater and wave texture to restore the real offshore environment. The whole model is assembled integrally. The position of each equipment, deck layout and scene proportion are restored in accordance with the real vessel, for static viewing and popular science demonstration of marine environmental investigation operations.
After production, we check the hull proportion, scene details, painting quality and component stability one by one. The finished product comes with a display base and product introduction sheet. Custom adjustment is available, including adding deck lighting, changing sampling equipment configuration and adjusting model scale. It is widely used in marine research institute exhibition halls, ecological science museums, ocean popularization venues, university ship engineering training rooms, marine environmental expos and project report display.
