Loader Operation Sandbox Model Production Guide
I. Project Background
To produce a scaled loader operation sandbox model for an engineering machinery company, intended for technical demonstrations and site planning, it is necessary to replicate the loader's dynamic movements (bucket lifting/lowering, wheel steering) and the construction site environment, with a realism level of over 90%.

II. Core Processes
Modular Printing: The loader is divided into modules such as the chassis, bucket, and wheels, while the soil piles and fences are printed separately to ensure flexibility of moving parts (e.g., bucket hinges).
Structural Optimisation: Hydraulic cylinders are printed with fine supports, and post-processing ensures smooth lifting and lowering; the surface of soil piles is imprinted with rough textures.
3. Material Selection
Loader Components: The body is printed using high-tensile resin, hydraulic rods using flexible resin, and wheels using matte black resin.
Construction Site Environment: Soil piles are printed using textured resin, road surfaces simulated using soft rubber sheets, and fences and warning signs made using transparent resin with screen printing.
IV. Post-Processing
Finishing and Painting: Sanding of printed parts to remove burrs, body sprayed with matte silver paint, mound painted with matte earth yellow.
Detail Reproduction: Micro-engraved loader serial number, silver dots embedded in hydraulic cylinder, material pile colour-coded (sandstone light yellow, cement dark grey).
Dynamic Functionality: Manual lifting and tilting of the bucket (0-45°), steerable wheels; LED warning light strips installed on the fence.
5. Delivery Standards
Smooth operation of dynamic components, durable LED light strips;
Colours and textures closely resemble the real machine and construction site;
Includes assembly instructions, supports disassembly and transportation.
