2、 Stacked body assembly process
Bottom plate and side panel: using sandwich bonding method, first splice the bottom plate and side panel to form the basic contour
Curved top: Stacking top components layer by layer, filling the joints of each layer with wood powder and soil, and carving rivet indentations after drying thoroughly
Moving parts: The car door adopts a magnetic design, and the hinge mechanism made of copper sheets inside ensures smooth opening and closing
3、 Detail carving techniques
Headline logo: Etched copper sheet, chemically colored and embedded, wiper blade made of 0.2mm stainless steel wire bent into shape
Rear view system: independently carved resin prototype and chrome plated, forming a material contrast with the wooden body
Interior restoration: laser engraved ABS panel splicing seats, plush material covering seat cushions to simulate the texture of fabric
4、 Multi layer coating system
Basic spraying: matte black base for the entire vehicle, and classic milk white and wine red spraying in different areas
Aging treatment: Oil painting paint dry sweep highlights sharp edges and wear, with a focus on vulnerable parts such as car door pedals
Transparent coating: Semi gloss varnish sprayed throughout the car, retaining a matte texture on the windows to enhance the sense of layering
5、 Dynamic effect creation
Lighting System: Chassis equipped with miniature LED light strips to simulate taillight effects
Exhaust system: Copper plated sleeve is used to make the exhaust pipe, and the internal heat shrink tube forms a gradual rusting effect
Tire details: Handwritten sidewall markings, etched label attached to the center of the wheel hub to enhance dynamic feel
