Material selection
The hull is made of high-density resin material, which can accurately shape the smooth lines and complex surfaces of a yacht, while also possessing good strength and stability. The deck is made of lightweight wooden boards, simulating the texture of a real yacht deck. Metal parts, such as railings and antennas, are made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy to ensure exquisite detail and durability. Hull fabrication
Based on the design drawings, the resin material is molded into the shape of the hull using 3D printing technology or manual sculpting. Detail processing and metal component installation
Comprehensive detailing is applied to the hull and superstructure, with intricate features such as anti-slip patterns on the hull and handles for hatches being carved out. Metal components like railings and antennas, crafted from stainless steel or aluminum alloy, are precisely installed onto the model, enhancing its level of refinement.
Interior decoration and post-painting
Inside the cabin, sofas, beds, instrument panels, and other interior decorations are crafted from plastic and cloth, simulating the luxurious environment of a real yacht. After completing the fabrication and installation of all components, the model undergoes overall polishing to remove burrs and imperfections. Using professional model paint, the model is colored according to the color and painting style of a real yacht. After multiple coats of paint and drying, the color is made uniform and full, presenting a realistic effect.
After undergoing the rigorous process outlined above, a luxurious yacht model with a high degree of fidelity, reaching up to 90%, has been successfully crafted. Every detail exudes a sense of elegance and sophistication.
