A client preparing a company display hall came to us with a single reference photo of a real Air China airliner. They wanted one thing: a model that looked as though the actual aircraft had been shrunk and placed in their lobby.
Our team started from the drawings, mapping out the fuselage proportions and the exact position of the blue stripes that run the length of the white body. The fuselage was built up piece by piece in our workshop, then sanded and smoothed until the surface felt seamless to the touch. The most demanding stage was the painting. We masked and sprayed each color separately — the white base, the deep navy stripes, the AIR CHINA lettering and the national flag on the nose — so that every line stayed clean and nothing bled into the next. The red airline mark on the tail was finished last, by hand, to keep it crisp.
When the model finally stood on its display pillar under the hall lights, the client walked around it twice. At the scale and accuracy we achieved, about 90% restoration of the real aircraft, it is hard to tell at a glance whether you are looking at the machine itself or its miniature. The engines, the window line and the wing shape all carry the same proportions as the original.
Today the model sits at the entrance of that client's hall, greeting every visitor. This is how we work: from drawings to the finished showcase piece, everything is made inside our own factory.

Air China Airliner Custom Showcase Model — Introduction
This is a custom-built showcase model of an Air China passenger airliner, produced to order by Henghui Model for enterprise display. It recreates the real aircraft's classic livery: a white fuselage with deep blue horizontal stripes, the AIR CHINA lettering and national flag on the nose, and the red airline mark on the tail.
Every piece is made in our own factory. The fuselage and wings are shaped and assembled from the drawings, then carefully sanded for a smooth, even surface. After assembly comes the layered painting process — the white base coat, the navy stripes, the lettering and the flag are all sprayed and masked separately, and the fine details are finished by hand. The result holds roughly 90% of the real aircraft's visual detail, so the model reads as a faithful miniature rather than a toy-like copy.
The model is fixed on a display pillar, designed for static exhibition. It is suited for company showrooms, exhibition halls, airport or airline showcases, and museum display. Built to be observed up close, it holds its finish and stays clean for long-term display.
