1. Drawing Analysis and Material Preparation Stage

Drawing Conversion:
Use CAD software to convert the PDF drawings provided by the customer into 1:50 scale vector drawings
Key Markings: Photovoltaic array coordinates (error ±2mm), cable trench layout, and substation location
Create a material list comparison table (e.g., Q235 steel marked on drawings corresponds to 1mm galvanized iron wire)
Custom Material Processing:
Photovoltaic panels: Laser-cut semi-transparent acrylic sheets (0.8mm thickness) according to drawing specifications
Support system: 3D-print triangular support structures (PLA material) as marked on drawings
Terrain base: Layer 5mm density boards according to contour line drawings (each layer represents a 5-meter elevation difference)
II. Core production process
Foundation construction:
Pile driving for positioning according to drawings: Use Φ0.5mm copper rods to simulate pile foundations (insertion depth into “soil” is 8mm)
Cable trench excavation: Carve 1.5mm-wide grooves into the gypsum base using a carving knife
Road construction: Shape the gravel road surface as per the drawings using AB putty mixed with quartz sand
Photovoltaic array installation:
Strictly arrange the array according to the drawing coordinates (22 modules per string)
Use a laser leveling instrument to ensure tilt angle error ≤ 0.5°
Rust-proofing of supports: Spray-on galvanized paint (color code RAL7035)
Electrical system restoration:
Combiner box: Etch a micro circuit board (retain the 6-in-1-out structure as marked on the drawings)
Inverter: Modified from a mobile phone charger (power display converted to LED simulation)
Cable installation: 0.3mm enameled wire with heat-shrink tubing (DC red/AC yellow)
