1、 Preliminary Preparation: Drawing Analysis and Material Selection
Before production, the team first communicates with the client to confirm the process flow, equipment layout, and appearance details of the resin production line, and compiles core parameters such as equipment dimensions, pipeline routing, and operating platform height. In terms of material selection, metal sheets (stainless steel, galvanized sheet) are used as the basis for simulating core equipment such as reaction vessels, storage tanks, and frames; PVC pipes and PU hoses are paired with different colors (such as yellow representing material pipes and red representing steam pipes) to restore the pipeline system; Resin and gypsum are used to make foundation bases and local details; The LED strip is embedded on the top of the equipment to simulate the lighting effect during production; Environmentally friendly acrylic paint provides texture assurance for later coloring.
2、 Production process: Layered restoration of production line details
Framework construction: First, weld the main frame with stainless steel profiles, and ensure the verticality and stability of the multi-layer platform through "layered welding+calibration"; Then use galvanized sheet to make the operating platform, and install yellow guardrails on the edges to restore the factory's safety standards.
Equipment molding:
Large equipment such as reaction vessels and storage tanks: stamped with stainless steel plates to simulate the cylindrical and elliptical structures of real equipment, with strict control of joint accuracy during welding;
Small valves and pump bodies: using resin pouring and manual polishing to restore the complex structure and details of the equipment;
Pipeline system: After cutting PVC pipes, complex routes such as "T-shaped" and "elbow" are achieved through hot melt connections, while PU hoses are used to simulate flexible pipelines and fit actual production scenarios.
Characters and Scenes:
Worker model: Customized blue workwear, yellow safety helmet, matched with operation console and seat, restoring production status such as "on-site operation" and "inspection";
Environmental details: The foundation base is molded with gypsum to simulate the texture of the factory floor; The background wall is painted or covered with film to restore scenes such as factory wall markings and pipeline routes.
3、 Post processing: coloring and detail polishing
Coloring process:
Metal equipment: Spray silver acrylic paint evenly to simulate the metallic luster of stainless steel equipment;
Pipeline: Yellow and red paint correspond to the material/steam pipeline, and the layering of the pipeline is restored through "segmented spraying+edge blending";
Operation platform: gray paint spraying, combined with yellow guardrail paint, enhances the visual contrast of industrial scenes.
Detail polishing:
Equipment joints: Polish with fine sandpaper, then repair with a silver touch up pen to eliminate welding marks;
Pipeline connection point: After temporarily fixing with transparent tape, spray the same color paint to simulate the "seamless connection" of the pipeline;
Character model: The details of the workwear are repainted in dark blue, and the safety helmet is repainted in yellow, restoring the texture of the fabric through "dot painting+gradient".
4、 Restoration verification: 90% realistic presentation
After the model is completed, the team invites the client to conduct on-site acceptance:
Structural restoration: The vertical height of the multi-layer platform and the spatial layout between equipment are perfectly matched with the actual production line drawings;
Process restoration: Details such as the agitator of the reaction kettle and the breathing valve of the storage tank are restored to 90% through resin pouring and manual polishing;
Scene restoration: Workers' operational posture, pipeline routing, and lighting effects (LED light strips simulate production lighting), allowing customers to intuitively feel that 'this is our factory's production line'.
