Analysis of the entire process of container model production
1、 Material selection and basic construction
main framework
Using 1.5mm thick oak board laser cutting to cut the six sides of the box, and splicing through a micro mortise and tenon structure. Fill the seams with atomic ash and polish to ensure that the sharp edges reproduce the industrial feel of a real container.
Door system
The hinge is manually bent with 0.3mm brass sheet, and the door lock is made of 3D printed resin parts. The inner side of the door panel is equipped with a magnet to achieve the function of opening and closing, and the opening and closing angle is strictly limited to between 90 ° and 95 °.

2、 Surface treatment process
Corrosion effect
First, spray a matte dark gray primer. After it dries, use a sponge dipped in rust colored acrylic pigment to pat the edges. Focus on handling the bottom of the box and the gap between the doors, simulating long-term seawater erosion marks.
Identification production
The company logo is processed using water transfer printing technology, and the edges of the font are manually redrawn with an oil painting pen to enhance the three-dimensional effect. The danger signs are partially highlighted with fluorescent paint to achieve a reflective effect at night.
3、 Detail Enhancement Techniques
Rivet array
Insert 0.8mm copper nails at the seams of the box, arranged in groups every 5cm. Use a carving knife to draw a cross pattern on the nail head, and finally make it old to form oxidation spots.
Logistics traces
Use fine sandpaper to partially polish the surface of the box, exposing the bottom layer of red primer to simulate scratching. The container number is printed using a hollow template, and the edges are intentionally made with irregular blending effects.
4、 Scenario based Closing
Base design
The wavy acrylic base is equipped with LED light strips, which simulate the reflection of the dock floor through frosted treatment. The bottom of the box is bonded with a miniature magnet for detachable display.
